All orders that do not have the characteristics indicated above will not be accepted, and if accepted they may be considered invalid and ineffective. In fact, Fingab reserves the right not to execute orders that do not have the characteristics indicated above.

It is also understood that Fingab may not process the order and / or deem it ineffective when it is not possible to verify the correctness of the information relating to the shipping address and the billing data, or the same has been carried out for the purpose of resale. , in the event that Fingab reserves the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect and with a simple written communication sent by email.

 

3) Prices

The purchase prices of Fingab products will be specific for each country from which the order comes, and will be inclusive (gross) of any taxes. 4) Shipping

The transport costs of the product will be borne by the user of the e-commerce service and will be explicitly indicated during the purchase of the same. The user:

- if the items ordered are not delivered within a period of 20 working days from the order confirmation, the user can contact Fingab customer service directly. 11) Conclusion of the contract

12) Product manufacturing unavailability

If the products that can be ordered on the Fingab e-commerce site are no longer feasible, Fingab will be responsible for communicating any unavailability within 30 days of receiving the order. 13) Legal guarantee

15) How to activate the guarantee

If the product arrived at Fingab is not covered by warranty, because there are no conformity defects attributable to Fingab itself, indicated in the previous point 13, the repair and / or replacement may in any case be carried out by the user provided that the product is repairable and / or replacement is possible. In this case, Fingab will send the user an estimate of the repair and / or replacement costs which must be returned for acceptance to Fingab by the person requesting the service. No extra warranty repairs and / or replacements will be carried out without the prior consent of the person requesting it. 16) Payments

Payment for online purchases made on the Fingab site can be made only and exclusively by Visa - American Express - Mastercard credit card through the Setefi system, or through the Paypal system.

The amount will be charged to your credit card at the time of the order. The payment of orders takes place externally with respect to the Fingab systems (within the Setefi and Paypal servers), which therefore is in no way the owner or manager of the processing of bank data or data relating to the credit card with which it is made. the payment itself.

 

17) Withdrawal of non-personalized products

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated with Fingab within 14 working days from the delivery of the products without any penalty and / or motivation. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send a communication within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by means of registered mail in which he expressly declares that he wishes to return what has been ordered. The communication can also be sent by fax and / or e-mail provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours. The withdrawal may be exercised in the event of the purchase of a plurality of products, even if only for some of them. 17 bis) Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for customized products

18) Returns

19) Disputes

Each sales contract concluded between Fingab and the buyer pursuant to these General Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian laws and in particular with the Consumer Code. 20) Return form
